Everything else. Even training alone was a nightmare. The trainer at ORD, Kent, is hands down the laziest person I've ever met. His refusal to help new hires with ANYTHING blew my mind. His tone and the way he communicates with people is degrading and disrespectful. How he even has a job is beyond me, let alone, training new hires.
