      Pros

      Very good compensation and great people to work with. The food selections are typically very good as well, and you will have either your own office, or share with one other person from your role.

      Cons

      There are some technically challenging problems, but it feels like for the most part newer developers will just be stuck doing boring grunt work and managing code from a decade ago.
