Pros

-> Amazing environment -> Office for everyone -> Beautiful Campus -> Do things which matters. You will write code which migh save some one's life, help them get better. -> Fun and open culture -> Madison is amazing town to live. If you don't like big town, you will love madison. Low crime rate, amazing schools, lots of young crowd due to Epic and UW. -> Lot of freedom work wise. -> Can get to managerial position very quickly compare to other firms

Cons

-> Core server back end runs on database which many people do not like to work with -> No work from home options -> Software Development life cycle is very long

Pros

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Cons

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
