      Pros

      Working at Epic was a great opportunity coming right out of college. I was able to make a ton of new friends and make some valuable connections during my time there

      Cons

      I really did not very much enjoy working in Madison Wisconsin. It is very cold there, and Epic is very against allowing people to work from other areas in the country.

      Meritorious work environment, capable coworkers, work that has high impact, high degree of autonomy, interesting work, campus, food, benefits. Reasonable views on AI

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
