      Pros

      Smart people all driven and willing to help each other out. Able to trust that people will do their job. Annual raises are a rarity at other jobs, which is a nice plus here.

      Cons

      Getting pretty large and occasionally there's processes that are required that might slow things down at times, though at times the process helps.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
