Pros
Epic has a unique, wonderful work culture that makes you feel like you're part of the team from day 1. Minimal bureaucracy means that there's plenty of opportunity to get involved and make a difference. Excellent benefits (401k matching and health insurance are just the tip of the iceberg). Madison is an excellent city to live in and Epic provides a lot of travel opportunities.
Cons
Though not always, you will be expected to put in 50+ hour weeks when dealing with major projects and customer upgrades.
