Pros
Coworkers are high caliber, great room for personal/professional growth, great raises and stock benefits. If you can manage your workload you'll do well here and love it. I worked in implementation for many years before moving to TS, and most weeks I'm right at 40 hours (50-60 if I'm traveling) - sometimes less sometimes more. I came to Epic with experience in a similar role, and it's nice to work for a place that gives a damn about social welfare (their charitable giving is around 11% GROSS revenue) and the well-being of their employees (as long as the result is greater productivity).
Cons
With great power comes great responsibility - you OWN the projects you're responsible for, and sometimes you'll have to put in the time/effort/pull teams together to achieve success. If you can't handle that well, your hours and contempt for the people who put you in that position will both go up.
