      Great growth opportunities to grow with the autonomy and high expectations. Smart and helpful colleagues, strong benefits, impactful/high-level work as an entry level employee

      Cons

      Workload can be overwhelming - there is always more work to do and never truly felt like I could work less than 60+ hrs/wk, which made the salary and benefits feel less appropriate
