Pros

There's nothing good to say about this company except for covered health insurance, which you will need because your health will deteriorate due to their lack of leadership, company morals/values, work/life balance, and direction.

Cons

Ownership team is a nightmare, and just yell at each other in meetings and they can't trust each other (specifically Bonnie). Epic Strategies doesn't know how to budget their money, and can't afford to pay bills on time. Platforms will stop working and you have to make up random excuses and lie to clients. Employees are randomly laid off and extra work is put on others who are already struggling with work/life balance. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Epic Strategies is a full service marketing agency and consulting firm lead by an aggressive CEO with strong vision. He's empowered his teams and culture to succeed across a variety of key verticals and incentivized this growth via strong culture and resources.

Cons

As with any high-growth organization things can get a bit difficult at the 10 foot level. There is also a bit of a pay gap when compared to similar orgs but that seems to be being addressed.

Pros

Unlimited vacation (although you can't take any because there is no backup) Remote working

Cons

Management - micromanagement. The manager just wanted everyone to report to her and she knew nothing about what everyone did. She was just protecting her job. Former CEO Nathan Adams is a bully and shady as heck. Current CEO is very nice but not a great communicator Lies-Lie all the time. Payroll-don't get me started - missed 4 or 5 payrolls in calendar year so far. Always an excuse why payroll is late. Always someone else's fault - payroll processor (Gusto), changing banks, etc. No notice except for after hours night before payday or morning of payday. When you ask when you are going to get paid or why this is happening you get made to feel guilty for asking and that we just need to believe them and wait. Workload - no work/life balance Communication - they do not communicate. When resource actions were taken, there was no communication. When you ask once again you get made to feel guilty for asking.
