First, Nathan at Epic Strategies will lie to your face. He pretended to be very interested in career paths and said there would be no lay offs. That was a bold faced lie. The person “in charge” of the main account, Warner Bros., was clueless about the job. She often contacted individuals on the account (her subordinates) and shoveled all responsibility on them. She would often ask for advice and have no idea what was going on with the account.

Lack of company vision, no clear business strategy. Leaders are not empowered to create solid and supportive work policies. Terrible communication from top down which leads to confusion and lack of clarity within teams. High turnover.
