      Good Money. The quarterly bonus cheques are amazing. If all you care about is money and want a dead end job work there.

      Very long hours. Very minimal guidance with employees. If you are someone that needs a lot of direction stay away from this company.

      Management makes or breaks your experience. Great internal teams and support.

      Cons

      Please see patterns in problematic management. If 2 people left 2 transferred and are doing better since transferring then Maybe management not the employee is the issue. Some managers are great don’t get rid of those. Weed out the bad ones that micromanage, have no work life balance, bully and put down their subordinates and lie to them and defame their character.
