      - Entrance into a tech company without the unrealistic experience graduating from college required - Great reputation in the industry - Tons of likeminded coworkers and a younger/vibrant culture - Tons of legacy clients with archaic systems ensured constant business and helps the outlook going forward. It is hard for the financial clients to leave

      Cons

      - A majority of the teams across the verticals are middle fat. This greatly hindered innovation with up to 4-5 directors on smaller accounts - Lack of organization due to teams being so bloated with too many management personnel - Lack of effort put into team location led to much turnover

      Lack of leadership, company doesn't know what it wants to be, a lot of land-grabbing and paranoia among mid- to upper management.
