      Flexible PTO Really enjoyable my first 6 months there

      Cons

      Leadership has no clear communication or direction Very cliquey, managers look out for certain people Constant re org and change Lay offs No career growth Very easy to get lost and feel stuck

      Lack of leadership, company doesn't know what it wants to be, a lot of land-grabbing and paranoia among mid- to upper management.
