Hired during the pandemic tech and pharma boom. The most toxic environment I've ever worked in. Sneaky co-workers kept track of every mistake made since I started. Terrible on-boarding and training process. So many useless company meetings just to show how progressive they are, but everything is just a façade. People stab each other in the back to keep their jobs.
