The office is located in central Glasgow, with plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Gym membership and health insurance are included. The client list is strong. There are some very talented people on the team. It’s a decent place to start out if you’re early in your career.

Many decisions are made by people who aren’t involved in day-to-day tasks, which often leads to chaos. Salaries are low, and the working environment is quite stressful, with little support provided. Bonuses appear to be non-existent.
