      Great career opportunities and training for new advisors. Couldn’t be happier to work here. You are well taken care of, with plenty of senior advisers to lean on.

      Cons

      Work / Life balance takes some time to dial in. For the most part what you put in is what you get in return, so not much to complain about!

      Compensation structure, product availability, brokerage system, overall tools, open structure to do best for your clients

      Cons

      Support staff are more hands off, not a lot of in house support staff members.

      - Great place to go to get full licensed quickly - You create and build your own business

      Cons

      - No real base - if you don't have a solid network or don't work close with a senior advisor you won't make it. - High turn over rate
