Unfortunate and not a place I enjoyed - Financial Advisor Equitable Advisors Employee Review

The pay was terrible. After working there for 6 months I had not been paid properly by the company. During the interviewing process I was told many things about how the position would work and when I started working for the company that is not how it was at all. For example I was told that they value independence and a "go getter attitude". However once I started I was told I was unable to do anything without a Senior work partner who then took part of any commission I could make. I could continue with the other issues with this company.
