Pros
High acuity patients, excellent education, skilled doctors, great interdisciplinary teamwork, competitive pay, great company culture, patient focused, leadership is very engaged with staff.
Cons
Patient flow through the hospital from admission to discharge is sometimes slowed down by lack of floor bed availability. Leadership is working hard to improve this, but this is the busiest hospital in town so it's a difficult situation.
