Super organized, efficient, new equipment, people are very friendly.

PTO not clearly explained; what you accrue also counts towards holidays, which significantly cuts into actual vacation/health/personal.

Willing to work with your schedule well Coworkers are all willing to help and teach good environment

Compensation is not where it needs to be for experience and education level Understaffed due to that issue
