Time at Eseye - Engineer Eseye Employee Review

Thank you for your review. At Eseye we value employee feedback and as such have a number of options whereby employees can share their views, e.g. our employee survey, bi-annual 1-1 reviews, All Hands meetings, exit interviews etc. We have worked hard to introduce many new employee benefits over the last few years and we often receive positive feedback in relation to the benefits we offer. Similarly we fully support healthy work life balance for all employees and this is an area in which we always score highly in our employee survey. Our commitment to work life balance is reflected in many of our policies such as our health & safety policy, hybrid working policy, wellbeing policy etc. We are not aware of an Engineer with 4+ years' service having left Eseye in the last 12 months nor of any of the above issues being raised via any of our feedback channels however we would welcome you to contact our HR team to provide more detail around your review.
