Thank you for your review, we welcome any feedback and on the whole we receive very positive feedback from employees with regards to our bonus scheme and salary reviews, however we would always like to know where there are employees who may have a different view.
Our bonus scheme was introduced several years ago as an additional benefit for all employees regardless of their role, so that our employees can share in the business' success. This means that bonus payouts are linked to the Company reaching set targets, therefore payouts can vary. However we have been delighted to have been able to pay generous bonuses to our employees every year since the scheme began despite a constantly changing and challenging business landscape.
Our salary reviews and any subsequent increases, as outlined to employees, are based upon a number of factors, including individual performance and peer feedback, annually benchmarked market rates for individual roles, taking into account any increase in responsibility or change of role, and budget. Every employee's review is discussed with their individual manager and their recommendations taken into account. We are confident that our review process is very thorough and that we pay fairly and competitively when comparing each role to similar roles in our industry and the local market.
Our hybrid working policy is popular with most of our employees and we do closely monitor those who do not attend the office. Action being taken may not be visible to other employees as we manage attendance issues on a case by case, confidential basis.
