- Path not always clear of the way a particular action should be done or where to find the current approved resources related to what you're doing - Minor improvements could be made and are in the process of being implemented for the purpose of improving the overall customer experience - Not a big fan of the co-shared work space but can see and do appreciate some of the benefits of it
