Pros
Good ticket benefits (parents, siblings can fly business and first class too), you can save a lot (depending on lifestyle!!!) and you’ll be able to travel the world. There is a two way communication between HR and employees. They improved many things and it’s a great environment with lots of opportunities to grow. Employees do have rights.
Cons
Flying hours are very high. It’s tiring and not recommended long term but you do get paid well. Basic salary should be higher, it’s quite low. But when you accumulate the flying hours it’s worth it.
