Pros
Good work life balance with core hours and flexible working policy. There are great social events. Brilliant CSR team and policy.
Cons
Career development is centred on the younger employees whilst older employees are left to stagnate in their roles. Poor pay for central London. Managers who may be good at their job but can’t manage a team. Lack of external training offered as they have an internal training section.
