Pros
A paycheck and its remote.
Cons
You work for people who love micromanaging and making judgements about your team and decisions that wreak havoc on your leadership. If you are too outspoken or want to advocate for your time there's a target placed on your back. The owners are emotional so you never know what they really want, very much mean girls if they decided they don't like you they will push you out, if you make them look bad by having morals and treating people right..meaning not firing them without cause it will be on you. If you are able to survive at least 6 months pat yourself on the back. Not to mention the language barrier.. the owner sounds like she has balls in her mouth but she won't fire you herself she will send her Trump loving HR person to do it. Don't try to make any positive changes, its a tax write off for your center to fail so it works out for them, The leadership will sabotage your team, not send supplies, not allow you to manage. It's a joke.
