Upper management and franchise owners often get the impression that they care about issues within the center but meaningful solutions are rarely implemented. Concerns. And suggested fixes are drawn out or dismissed , leaving employees without the proper tools or support to meet the expectations set for them. The pay is very low compared to the amount of work and responsibility expected. In some cases , multiple team members that you are expected to lead will make more than you. How do you expect intermanagers to be moved?Delete a team to do better when the team members already make more than you do.
