As a growing and fast-moving organization, we know there are things we can do better. Micro-management is not tolerated as part of our company culture. However, we do recognize that some managers need to be directly involved in day-to-day work, while other managers can allow greater autonomy. The level of management engagement varies greatly depending on the needs of each team. We believe in empowering our Everlys, which is reflected in our core competencies.
Creating and encouraging a fair life-work balance for our employees is a priority for Everly Health. In 2022, we are hiring extensively to grow and scale our business - giving us more teammates to support our growth and enable our teammates to have a better work/life balance.
Everly Health surveys its employees twice per year and provides regular opportunities for employees to submit feedback to organizational leaders. Our CEO, Executive Team, and leaders within our People team all review the feedback received, and partner with organizational leaders to create action plans for areas of improvement. The experience you describe is not where we desire to be; we will continue acting upon the regular feedback that we receive from past and present employees to continuously improve.
