Fast paced environment and everyone is friendly and happy to help. The community delivery manager Deborah Stone is brilliant. She runs a tight ship but no matter how busy she is, she's always happy to help if you have any issues. Genuine people person and a credit to the company. They reward hard work with regular bonuses and incentives, especially during 'peak' which is their business time of the year during festive season. Flexible working hours, just do the job to the right, following protocols, and to the best of your ability, and they just let you get on with it. No dramas.
Cons
Only get paid for deliveried you make, dont get paid for the time spent while you're sorting and loading your round at the depot but you do get rewarded in other ways so it swings and roundabouts. Other than that, everything else is fine.
