      Clear Leadership and direction. Committed staff and fantastic collaboration. Solid product and engineering team that makes a difference. Excellent customer-first mentality that leads to huge customer loyalty.

      Pros

      Great team with everyone cooperative and with drive, wanting to make a solid product. Environment allows for meaningful input and work for everyone. But also has expectations for everyone to be a good contributor. Good hybrid policy and family/life balance.

      Cons

      No 401k match for unknown reasoning which doesn't help attract the best talent. Benefits are ok, but basic compared to previous job.
