Pros

Great People Strong margins for Channel Great Support model for customers- named support engineer

Cons

No Brand Awareness - customers do their research before approaching channel partners for advice on technology recommendations. Investment is needed to stimulate demand. Regular mail shots are not read based on feedback received. Rely on channel to bring business Ask to bring ideas to the table but these are shot down because they were done previously and didnt work. Business model is based on US model and does not transfer to other regions which work differently. Some USP's are no longer valid with other vendors offering similar or same function.

Pros

The product works as described and support is first class. It could be a good place to work, but it isn’t. Especially in NEMA.

Cons

There are many, the product is overpriced in the marketplace, the marketing is nonexistent, you rely on partner salespeople to engage with end users initially, then the ExaGrid TM attempts to take over, the environment is toxic in NEMA. Sales management is immature with the same quota for everyone, even if someone attained 8 x they will get the same quota as someone in emerging markets. The CEO and SVP’s waste an hour each of peoples time on a Monday, that equates to well over 300 person hours, probably more. There are many products that offer similar protection at a lower cost.

Superb Product, No Escalations

Pros

The product just works, you don't need to lie about functions because it works. Salary it;s commensurate with industry norms Management leave you to get on with your job Did I mention that the product just works

Cons

No holiday in the last two weeks of the quarter CEO calls every week, well is that actually a negative? The guy has passion If that's the best I can do for negatives they are doing well.
