Great People Strong margins for Channel Great Support model for customers- named support engineer
Cons
No Brand Awareness - customers do their research before approaching channel partners for advice on technology recommendations. Investment is needed to stimulate demand. Regular mail shots are not read based on feedback received. Rely on channel to bring business Ask to bring ideas to the table but these are shot down because they were done previously and didnt work. Business model is based on US model and does not transfer to other regions which work differently. Some USP's are no longer valid with other vendors offering similar or same function.
