Pros
The work culture here is genuinely amazing — super supportive team, positive environment, and no toxic vibes at all. They really encourage learning and growth, and I had the chance to pick up a lot of new skills during my time. It's a great place if you're looking to develop yourself professionally in a healthy, motivating atmosphere.
Cons
The only downside for me was the salary. Compared to similar roles in other companies, the pay here felt a bit on the lower side. It’s something to keep in mind if salary is a top priority for you.
