We have created the People Success Advocate role dedicated to listening to our colleagues' unspoken sorrows. This role provides an additional safety net to capture things that leadership or reporting may miss. 2. We have implemented an intensive training program designed to nurture the skills of employees beginning their careers at Exabyting. Over four months, we have combined learning with hands-on experience for each talented individual. Additionally, we have planned 32+ internal workshops this year to provide ample support for all our colleagues to progress significantly in their careers. 3. We always strive to ensure that our colleagues receive the compensation they deserve, and we're constantly working to improve our evaluation process. If any mistakes do occur, we are quick to rectify them. Last year, we identified two similar errors and promptly resolved them. Your feedback is crucial to us. If these steps don't address the issues you've faced, we request that you share your thoughts with the CEO. We are committed to making things right and are overcoming any shortcomings. There are many miles to be the best place for software engineers, but we are committed to walking daily toward the dream we want to make a reality.
