Some great people are still about and if you're well disciplines the autonomy can be good but I'd reach out to former employees before joining Kindertons.
Cons
Management at all levels is constantly manipulated and pressured by the business to sing the song of caring but actually are extreme in exploitation of staff. Never anything of substance in what is said nor followed up with actions
