Staff and management are all solid people. Management treats employees very well. Every tool is offered to make placements. It's a matter of fortitude and will power. Mental toughness is a necessity. Producing recruiters are making astronomical amounts

No cons at all. Management does so much for their employees. The negative comments on here are from past employees who have a bitter taste in their mouth from lack of performance. They made excuses for their lack of production. This business is not for everyone and it wasn't for them so they have a negative opinion

Company provides employees with commuter checks. Very good base salary and uncapped commission structure. Yearly base salary increases. Management has a winning attitude and the company atmosphere motivates employees. Recruiters act as career advisors making placements for 100-200k a year jobs. Office is located in beautiful Midtown Manhattan. Many restaurants, bars, banks and excitement all around the area.

No cons about this company. The recruiters that leave thinking they're getting a better deal elsewhere are not. The grass isn't greener on the other side. This is an excellent company to work for. Work hard and make placements....you will be rewarded $$$.
