Probably the least professional company I've ever worked for

Pros

Benefits are adequate (but not spectacular). The office's location is near Times Square, and it is easily accessible by public transit. The office itself is very nice, as is the building.

Cons

Extremely toxic workplace environment. Very unprofessional and condescending behavior from the upper management. Frequent drama between employees.

Pros

High earning potential, easy commute, great location. You get back what you put in at Execu-Sys, and I earned more than I ever had before.

Cons

The management was awful, especially higher up the chain. Despite enjoying the work itself, the entitlement and the arrogance of the higher-ups made my job miserable.

Toxic work environment will never change, learn to deal with it or leave Typical set up but with especially loud people if you can't listen/talk/block out noise at the same time move on Body shop/revolving door
