Pros

Great people working here. Feel bad they truely believe they know what they are doing, but are blind to see the true exploitation in the nature of their work. Every second of the day at this company is controlled by the company, and yet they talk about "freedom" and not working for "someone else," aka corporations. They even try and tell you to shorten your lunch, your only break of the day. I was so drained out i didnt make it past a month.

Cons

It is a door to door verizon fios sales job. 12 hr days, 6 days a week. Commission only. Come in at 10, practice your sales pitch. Walking around neighborhoods from 1-7 knocking on doors, then returning to the office to break your day down. You are scolded and frowned upon if you need to leave early for any reason, or god forbid you come in a minute late bc of unexpected traffic or a personal priority. The "opportunity" for growth is to recruit and train a group large enough to be reaching a certain amount of sales a week. Then you can get your own office, exactly what all the managers did. Most people do not become managers. If you are ok with the long work weeks and low pay, and are looking to profit off the exploitation of other peoples time and energy, then this is for you.

Hello, Firstly, we apologize about any negative experience! We are concerned and dis heartened about this potential disconnect during your short term employment at Executive. If you spoke with the management team about your concerns, the only way that they would NOT move you to a new position would be if you were consistently absent during the initial 6 weeks of training. We only promote from within, however, we are absolutely hiring for multiple positions. In the first month of training, individuals have a base pay and/or commissions, whichever is higher at the end of the work week. (our main focus is training and developing people properly during that time) More importantly, if hired for the management training program, reps qualify for multiple bonus' in month one, totaling up to $1,000. We pride ourselves on equal opportunity employment and make sure that we never disregard what other people do for a living. If something specific happened during your employment, please contact the office to make sure that that all of your questions are answered by the owner. We wish you the best of luck in 2016.
