      Good work environment Foreign management staff are very friendly Dress code- NOT formal

      Unorganized management in Sri Lanka Do not give offer letters to interns Salary is not worth for the commitments you have to make No career development No job security even if you are a permanent employee Most of the employees are having screwed up personal lives
