Overall a decent company especially for fresh graduates eyeing for logistics industry as Expeditors provides comprehensive trainings (either via classroom or CBTs).
Cons
Definitely not a work-life balance company for someone who's looking for work life quality as he/she had to work through during weekends, public holidays or on paid time off period as there's no backups or supporting structure to manage customer's expectations.
