Pros
- the covid period has great positive impact on the company. so they have a good bonus pool to employee. although they keep changing their bonus system before covid. - the benefit is not bad but neither is it great. - highly compliant company (good and bad in this) - got helpful people
Cons
- very VERY low basic salary and have toxic people in some department - claim to listen to employee feedback but they are not heard. inform HR also no use cause management don't want to enforce behavioural or bias issues in the department especially the senior staff who work there for ages. - don't believe in firing people, think unless got fight with serious injury. - old mindset = old management = also old systems - need to relook in their culture, especially 'appearance'. pointless to dress professionally every day to work (they ease it but still wear formal shirt, long pants and proper footwear) when we don't meet with customers. - very heavy workload. low manpower.
