Pros
You don’t have to stay after your shift ends. You don’t really have KPI’s or are involved in any type of projects so you won’t have much stress.
Cons
They still have an old mindset where micromanagement is the key. Basically the company don’t care about employees, we don’t even have free coffee so you can have a basic reference. Formal attire is mandatory even though there has not been a single client in the office (as much as I know from other coworkers), for years. There are no Bonuses although they make quarterly meetings saying the branch is making good money. There are no employee appreciation events of any kind. There is people who has worked there for over 10 years and they have never had a raise or have been offered a higher position with a decent pay, so if you want to grow professionally, this is not the company for you. Finally they will do everything before paying overtime, that’s why people never stays after their shift ends.
