- Team leads are biased and bossy, they behave one way in front of the CEO and another behind his back. Having said that, the younger CEO is a sophisticated thug himself! - If you know how to shift allegiances at the drop of a hat, this is the place to be at! - Company values is zero - It's a kirana shop and you are the delivery boy! - If you are not ready to give 11-12 hours per day on an average, you are going to suffer and be considered as an outsider! - Also, 11-12 hours per day must include being a sycophant! - If you have any sort of experience, join only as a department lead and nothing else! Anything else and you'd be a roach! - Your opinion will ONLY matter if they consider you anything except the ugly green plaster on their damned walls! - If you have already made the mistake of joining/are desperate, then GOD save you!
