Working culture is good. Pieces of training are more and satisfactory.
Cons
Mobile is strictly prohibited. Canteen is not good and not tasty. No proper appreciations. Treating only there favourite resources for appreciations. Newly joined resources are not treated properly first preference to the resource who stay in this company for more than 5 years. Onsite opportunity only to the people who often travel not for those who joined laterally. Infrastructure is not good. No Shift Allowance and No Compensation No Cab available. Specific time Shuttles only available to travel inside mepz. Car parking is not available. Restroom smells bad which is not hygienic for the resources. Complained many times but no proper feedback. Authority is given to Housekeeping and Receptionist to put rules to resources.
