Pros
If we talk about company then it comes with great & very nice facilities for the employees but if we talk about recruitment team Being HR Recruiter I will suggest not to go in this organisation.
Cons
First the recruitment teams offer you contract for 6 months they never and whether you perform day and 10 or 12 hours the corporate politics is everything, nobody will give you cradit for what you have done but they will find out a way to point you always. They will use you for 6 months and will through you out of the organisation after 6 months. Thinks twice if you ate from Recruitment background and willing to join here.
