Pros
Great community, as long as you are hitting operational goals management does not micro manage. Freedom to work both inside an office and out on a property.
Cons
Training is billed as extensive and ongoing, however the revolving door of employees makes it difficult for the development team to actually develop their talent pool. They could also stand to pay more, they continue to add more and more operational goals and responsibilities without incentives or increase in pay. They are a true corporation and only care about their bottom line.
