Pros
Actual work load is (usually) very small and predictable, lots of free time which is a plus depending on your personality Customers are usually friendly and thankful Management are very accepting and flexible
Cons
Pay is okay-not amazing-, but you can see that your site generates multiple 10s of thousands a month and the pay can feel unfair especially when all the labor is done solo. Anti-consumer practices from corporate (i.e. hiking rates 100+ a month) lead to employees who dont have alot of power dealing with the extremely negative reactions from customers Short staffing that leads to excessive commutes at WAY too many locations to keep track of. Different managers are allowed to have different rules for their locations making the job more difficult than it has to be; too much leniency on expectation variability
