Pros
Management gives you the freedom to run your site with out micro managing you, the expectations are clear and you are provided the tools you need to get the job done. The DM is also very motivational, he pushes you to reach your goals and will provide you the information you need to understand those goals and how to reach them.
Cons
Scheduling can be tough at times, employees are moved from a site that they have worked at for months with no notice to them or the manager at the site. This creates inconsistency for the customers who like seeing the same faces when they come to the facility. It is also hard on the managers and assistants that work well together and have a routine figured out to then have to re-train and re-learn a new employee or site, I understand they don't want complacency and they want everyone to learn and grow but at lease give us warning that staffing is changing.
