      the free training is the only pro

      Cons

      too many to mention but toxic environment comes to mind in the head office. Never seen such mismanaged upper management who are bullies, verbally abuse staff and speak about franchisee's rudely. Questionable HR issues when I was employed there, horrible and unsafe office.

      Great working environment with amazing coworker and members. Learn a lot about fitness, communications and relationship building.

      Sometimes have to work early morning classes.
