      Pros

      Remote work is the only pro I can think right now

      Cons

      Very low or no pay rise No learning No growth Bias to Indian employees Would just give you the work without understanding if that can be done or not Company is not making good money now and thats why they cant give increment they say. Manager does not understand the ground realities of the work and just want what he wants More admin work then actual work

      Pros

      work from home very flexible hours its a startup so you might learn a lot if you have the correct manager (doubt it)

      Cons

      no opportunity for growth lies to prospects terrible product horrific management is a yes sir place terrible bonus no benefits unethical hiring nobody is there to grow their career - aka not ambitious no idea is a good idea

      Flexible timing and no micromanaging with supportive team members plus Weekend off

      Cons

      Pay might be less for some positions, and as they are hiring on contract, job security is not that great.
