      Pros

      - You get startup experience on your CV! - You might learn a lot, but not many people to learn from

      Cons

      All good comments are written by the management team so please be aware and take all bad reviews into consideration when considering to join this company! - Bro culture at it's worst. Don't know what bro culture is? Google it! - No work/life balance - Startup done wrong. Marketing budget? Non existent. Growth expectations? Exponential. Basically if you join business development team, you'll be expected to grow the company with zero resources - Do NOT trust anyone. I repeat, do NOT trust anyone, especially CEO

      - Dynamic/Smart senior team - Fast Paced environment - Responsibilities from the get go - Quick learning - Very helpful team members - Unique insights into strategy - Frequent team trips/activities

      No cons for me but a few people might not like: - Work hard/Play hard culture - Loads of responsibility quickly

      Pros

      F6S is a family environment and people usually stay for a long time. It is a company where you can learn and achieve satisfying goals. It is a job, but often does not feel like one because we are here to help tech founders. It feels good to be doing something helpful. Teams present their results every week so we can all see KPIs. Everyone has a chance to be heard and most feedback is acted on quickly. The product is much better than a few years ago. I see more on my payslip each month and make more than people I know in the same position elsewhere. Feeling of growth when new people join every week

      Clear when something you are doing is working and when it is not Skill to take and give feedback is important
