We're very sorry to hear your feedback around our mental health support and training as this is very important to us, on a global scale. As an example, in the UK we launched our well-being programme in October 2018 and well-being guardians throughout the business volunteered in order to ensure that everyone feels supported at work in regard to their mental and emotional well-being. We have also launched a new Culture Club to help maintain our brilliant, fun and inclusive culture as we continue to grow. Finally, all of our Managers are enrolled in a bespoke Manager Training programme to equip them with the skills needed to build brilliant teams; this includes a module around Mental Well-being.
