7yWe appreciate your positive comments around our working environment, social events and inspirational Executive Leadership team! We're very sorry to hear your feedback around our mental health support and training as this is very important to us, on a global scale. As an example, in the UK we launched our well-being programme in October 2018 and well-being guardians throughout the business volunteered in order to ensure that everyone feels supported at work in regard to their mental and emotional well-being. We have also launched a new Culture Club to help maintain our brilliant, fun and inclusive culture as we continue to grow. Finally, all of our Managers are enrolled in a bespoke Manager Training programme to equip them with the skills needed to build brilliant teams; this includes a module around Mental Well-being. We hope these initiatives will assure you that we are dedicated to providing brilliant training, culture and well-being support at Farfetch.
